Our 550sqm factory in Cornubia, Durban, was custom designed for the production process, and this, together with our adherence to the strictest food safety standards, has resulted in us achieving both Halaal and FSSC 22 000 Certification. This means that our customers are assured of exceptional quality assurance throughout the production process; from ‘farm to fork’.
We are extremely proud of our modern factory and we would therefore welcome the opportunity to arrange an introductory tour for any prospective client.
In our laboratory, our flavour experts are able to develop custom products to your unique specification. These include sauces, bastings, marinades, dressings, mayonnaise, dry spice blends and vegan products. Most of our products have a 1 year shelf life until opened and should be refrigerated thereafter.
We supply to many well known franchise brands, rib manufacturers, food services companies, butcheries distributors and restaurants. Our products can be provided in various sized plastic bottles, 1L, 5L or 20L buckets and we have a distribution network that covers all the major centres in South Africa and we export around the globe.
The following made to a generic recipe or to your unique specification. However in our laboratory, our innovative food scientist is able to create an almost limitless range. For our value-added customer, we manufacture marinades that are freeze thaw stable and marinades that are ideal for sous vide processing.
